A product manager is a professional role responsible for the development and delivery of a product within an organization. The product manager is responsible for defining the features and direction of the product, and for ensuring that the product meets the needs of the market and the customers. The product manager typically works closely with a cross-functional team, including engineers, designers, and sales and marketing staff, to ensure that the product is delivered on time and to the required specification. The product manager is also responsible for gathering and analyzing market and customer feedback, and using this information to inform product strategy and decision-making.
